爸爸最爱的菜:云南腊排骨,一道因储存食材而发现的美味【滇西小哥】

杀年猪以后,猪身上的每一个部位我们都会用不同的方式腌制和储存,排骨除了做当地特有的骨头渣,就是做成腊排骨了,每年家里的火腿和排骨都是爸爸亲手腌制,时隔一个半月,排骨已经自然风干,今天就给爸妈做一道家常菜,腊排骨土锅子!
