絲瓜蝦仁炒蛋
Scrambled Eggs with Luffa and Shrimp

食材:
2-3根絲瓜(去皮切滚刀状)
小蝦仁
2顆雞蛋
3瓣大蒜(剁碎)
紅蘿蔔片
海濱鹽


步驟:
1. 熱鍋加油,锅里打入两粒鸡蛋,快速翻炒,炒至凝固成塊後盛出備用。
2.鍋中加少許油,爆香蒜末,加入蝦仁,炒片刻,再加入紅蘿蔔炒勻
3.加入絲瓜片,翻炒至絲瓜開始變軟。
4.加入少許水,繼續煮至絲瓜變軟
5.最後加鹽調味即可

Scrambled Eggs with Luffa and Shrimp

Ingredients:
2-3 loofahs (peeled and cut into hob shapes)
shrimps
2 eggs
3 cloves garlic (minced)
carrot slices
salt to taste


step:
1. Heat the oil in a hot pan, add two eggs into the pan, stir-fry quickly until they solidify into lumps, then set aside.
2. Add a little oil to the pot, sauté the minced garlic, add the shrimps, stir-fry for a while, then add the carrots and stir-fry evenly
3. Add the loofah slices and stir-fry until the loofah begins to soften.
4. Add a little water and continue to cook until the loofah becomes soft.
5.Finally add salt to taste
