Ingredient: 500g chicken breast (cut into small pieces) 4 small onions (chopped) 2 garlic cloves (chopped) 3 lemongrass (cut into diagonal slices) Small pieces of ginger (chopped) Curry leaves (3 sticks) 2-3 large chili (sliced) Marinate chicken breast + a little salt + a little sugar + 1 tablespoon turmeric powder for half an hour.
