泰式打拋 雞肉
Thai Holy Basil Stir-fried chicken (Pad Kra Pao)


食材:
* 250克 鸡绞肉(可提前半小时加入1汤匙泰式冬炎酱腌制)
* 1小把 九层塔
* 3-4根 小红辣椒
* 1汤匙 蒜末
* 1汤匙 葱末
* 适量 四季豆
* 适量 小番茄

* 1汤匙 鱼露
* 1汤匙 酱油
* 1/2汤匙 蚝油
* 1茶匙 老抽
* 1汤匙 糖
* 2汤匙 清水

Thai Holy Basil Stir-fried chicken (Pad Kra Pao)

Ingredients:
* 250g ground chicken (marinate with 1 tablespoon Thai Tom Yum paste for 30 minutes)
* A handful of Thai basil leaves
* 3-4 small red chilies
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon minced green onions
* A suitable amount of green beans
* A suitable amount of cherry tomatoes

Seasonings:
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 /2 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 2 tablespoons water

印尼香辣鸡
Spicy Indonesian Chicken

材料:
半只鸡
2粒 土豆 (切角状)(拉油)
3支香茅(拍扁备用)
3-4串 咖喱叶

辣椒糊
5粒小洋葱
4粒蒜米
1小块姜
10条 辣椒干(中辣,如果要更辣就加多一点)
3条 大辣椒


调味(可根据自己口味更改):
清水1碗
2汤匙 酸梅酱
2汤匙 番茄酱
2汤匙 生抽
糖 适量
盐 适量

(腌鸡)
黄姜粉1汤匙、玉米淀粉2汤匙和1茶匙盐,抓匀,腌制20分钟

Spicy Indonesian Chicken


Ingredient :
half chicken (cut in small pcs)
2 pcs potato cut into wedges, set aside

3 stalks lemongrass (beaten and set aside)
3-4 skewers curry leaves

chili paste:
5 small onions
4 garlic cloves
1 small piece of ginger
10 dried Chili
3 large Chili


Seasoning:
1 bowl of water
2 tablespoon sour plum sauce
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Sugar in moderation
Salt as appropriate

(marinated chicken)
1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tsp salt, mix well and marinate for 20 minitus

【娘惹】香茅黄姜鸡 Stir- fried Chicken with turmeric and Lemongrass.

材料 :

500克鸡胸肉(切小块)
4粒小葱头(剁碎)
2粒蒜米(剁碎)
3香茅(切斜片)
小块姜(剁碎)
咖喱叶 (3支)
2-3条大辣椒 (切片)

腌制
鸡胸肉 + 少许盐+少许糖 + 1 汤匙黄姜粉腌制半小时

调味 :适量的盐和酱油

Stir- fried Chicken with turmeric and Lemongrass.

Ingredient:

500g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
4 small onions (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
3 lemongrass (cut into diagonal slices)
Small pieces of ginger (chopped)
Curry leaves (3 sticks)
2-3 large chili (sliced)

Marinate chicken breast + a little salt + a little sugar + 1 tablespoon turmeric powder for half an hour.

Seasoning: appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce

爆炒姜葱鸡

材料:

300克 鸡胸肉 切成柳條
30克姜(切片)
4-5顆 青葱(葱白分开放)
2-3辦蒜米 (剁碎)
1-2粒洋葱 (切块)
1湯匙 花雕酒

醃製雞肉:
半茶匙 鹽
少許胡椒粉
1茶匙 玉米澱粉
1湯匙麻油
***和雞柳混合,醃製20分鐘***


调味料:
1湯匙 酱油
1湯匙 耗油
1茶匙 黑酱油
胡椒粉 少许
1碗 清水
***拌勻***


The Recipe of ginger and spring onion chicken

Ingredient:
300g chicken breast cut into strips
30g ginger (sliced)
4-5 green onions (separate the white ones)
2-3 pieces garlic (chopped)
1-2 onions (diced)
1 tablespoon Huadiao wine


Marinated chicken:
1/2 teaspoon salt
a pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
***Mix with chicken tenders and marinate for 20 minutes***

seasoning:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
A pinch of pepper
a little 1 bowl of water
***Mix well***
