香蕉杯子蛋糕

是一款松软香甜的甜点,非常适合用来当作早餐或下午茶的小点心。下面是一个简单的做法,供你参考:

材料:
3 條熟透的香蕉 150克左右(捣碎)
50 克白糖
2 个鸡蛋
60克 玉米油/ 黄油(融化)
110 克低筋面粉
1 茶匙泡打粉
1/2 茶匙小苏打
1/4 茶匙盐
1/2 茶匙香草精(可选)
30克 葡萄乾(可选)

1 條熟透的香蕉


#準備 7個小紙杯

做法:

1. 在一个大碗里,将捣碎的香蕉、糖,鸡蛋、融化的黄油和香草精混合,搅拌均匀。
2. 在另一个碗里,将面粉、泡打粉、小苏打和盐混合均匀。
3. 将麵粉過篩逐渐加入湿料中,轻轻搅拌,直到混合均匀,再加入葡萄乾(不要过度搅拌)

Ingredients:
* 3 ripe bananas (around 150g), mashed
* 2 eggs
* 50g sugar
* 60g corn oil or melted butter
* 110g cake flour (low-gluten flour)
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
* 30g raisins (optional)
For decoration:
* 1 ripe banana
Preparation:
* 7 small paper cups
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, melted butter (or corn oil), and vanilla extract together until well combined.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, gently stirring until just combined. If using, add the raisins. Be careful not to overmix.
4. Evenly pour the batter into the cupcake molds, filling each paper cup about 2/3 full.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cupcakes comes out clean.
6. After baking, remove the cupcakes from the oven and place them on a cooling rack to cool.
