Winter Solstice is approaching. Let's make "3-color Tangyuan sweet dumplings" together, including taro balls, sweet potato balls, and purple potato balls. Can be eaten warm or cold. Making process is simple and direct. Fresh yam taro, sweet potato, and purple potato are used to make natural, no coloring taro gray, orange, and purple sweet dumplings. Different sweet potatoes have different moisture content, so amount of hot water needs to be adjusted accordingly. This time, used food processor to blend ice cubes into ice shavings, then spread in the center of the bowl, cover side with cincau jelly, three-color taro balls, poured on cold milk, thick coconut cream, and nuts on top. Entire bowl of colorful, beautiful and therapeutic desserts, super appetizing. 3-color taro balls have QQ chewy texture, full of taro, sweet potato, and purple sweet potato fragrance, paired with cincau jelly and coconut milk, refreshing and cooling. Collection method: Best eaten fresh when paired with cold milk ice shavings. To keep taro balls and sweet potato balls alone, seal them with sugar syrup and chill them in normal fridge.
