Mix tomato ketchup, plum sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, and water in a bowl. Stir well and set aside. 2. Heat a suitable amount of cooking oil in a pan.Add 250g of crispy chicken and fry until the surface turns golden and crispy.Remove and set aside. 3.
