【傻大姐年菜食谱】黃金凤尾蝦球:色泽金黃诱人,吃起來外酥里嫩,大人小孩都喜欢 成为此频道的会员支持傻大姐创作: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join 黃金凤尾蝦球 主料: 马铃薯(3粒) 虾(200克) 辅料: 鸡蛋(2个) 玉米淀粉(适量) 面包糠(适量) 腌料: 半茶匙 盐 半茶匙 胡椒粉 制作步骤 1. 将马铃薯去皮后蒸至软熟; 2. 将虾去壳、去虾线后清洗干净,加入半茶匙 盐和半茶匙 胡椒粉腌制约15分钟。 3. 用工具将马铃薯捣成泥,加入半茶匙 盐和半茶匙 胡椒粉,拌匀备用。 4. 取适量土豆泥,用手压平; 5. 放上一只腌好的虾,将土豆泥包裹住,搓成圆球。 6. 依次将虾球裹上一层玉米淀粉 7. 再沾匀打散的鸡蛋液 8. 最后裹上一层面包糠。 9. 锅中倒入适量油,开中火加热 10. 将虾球放入热油中炸至金黄色即可捞出。 【Golden Crispy Shrimp Balls】 Ingredients * Main Ingredients: * Potatoes (3 pieces) * Shrimp (200g) * Additional Ingredients: * Eggs (2) * Cornstarch (as needed) * Breadcrumbs (as needed) * Seasoning for Shrimp: * Salt (½ tsp) * Black pepper (½ tsp) Instructions 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them until soft. 2. Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse thoroughly, then season with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes. 3. Mash the potatoes into a smooth consistency and mix in ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. 4. Take a small portion of mashed potatoes and flatten it in your hand. 5. Place one marinated shrimp in the center and wrap the mashed potato 6. Roll the shrimp balls in cornstarch to coat evenly. 7. Dip them into beaten eggs. 8. Finally, coat them thoroughly with breadcrumbs. 9. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 10. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil.
