新年快到了,一起来做传统“鸡仔饼 ”。做法快速简单,面团搅拌一下,很快一整叠的鸡仔饼就好了。这食谱里加了红腐乳/南乳,冬瓜糖蒜蓉和五香粉,增添了那熟悉超香的味道。烤好满屋香味扑鼻,每块鸡仔饼都薄薄脆脆,表面满满黑白芝麻粒,掰开来,非常脆口,吃完还留香味在嘴里,回味无穷。全家大小都超爱吃~ 适合做新年饼干~

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温收密封容器保存一个月。要新鲜7天内吃。

CNY is coming soon, let's make traditional "Gai Zai Peng”, a.k.a. “Crispy Chicken Cookies". The method is quick and simple, simply mix the dough and soon a whole stack of cookies are ready. This recipe adds red fermented bean curd, candied winter melon, garlic and five-spice powder, adding that familiar and super fragrant taste. Once baked, whole house is filled with fragrant aroma. Each chicken biscuit is thin and crispy, loaded with black and white sesame seeds on the surface. Very crispy when snapped open, and fragrance remains in mouth after eating, endless aftertaste. Whole family loves it~ Suitable for CNY New Year cookies~

Storage method: After baking, let it cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for one month. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.

♦Ingredients食材 =41pcs Crispy Chicken Cookies鸡仔饼 (10g/pc)=
50g Candied Winter Melon 冬瓜糖
14g Garlic 蒜头
1pc (11g) Red Fermented Bean Curd 红腐乳/南乳
1Tbsp (18g) Red Fermented Bean Curd Sauce 红腐乳汁/南乳汁
50g Vegetable Oil 植物油
28g Egg 蛋液
10g Maltose Syrup 麦芽糖浆
155g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉
45g Icing Sugar 糖粉
2g Baking Powder 泡打粉/发粉
1g Salt 盐
0.5g White Pepper 白胡椒粉
1g Five Spice Powder 五香粉
20g White Sesame 白芝麻
20g Black Sesame 黑芝麻

(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack) (上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
(Preheated Oven 150C: 15-20minutes) (预热烤箱150C: 15-20分钟)
