【素食年菜】簡單快手的五福斋菜 【Vegetarian New Year Dish】 Quick and Easy Five Treasure Vegetables 成为此频道的会员支持傻大姐创作: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join 五福斋菜 材料: * 200克 包菜(撕小片) * 1小段 胡萝卜(切花片) * 3粒 红枣(去核) * 适量 云耳(泡软) * 适量 金针(泡水15分钟,去花蒂,打结) * 1小把 冬粉(泡软) * 1片 炸過的腐竹片 调味料: * 1汤匙 酱油 * 少许 盐 * 少许 胡椒粉 做法: 1. 热油锅,加入少量食用油,放入红枣、金针和云耳,翻炒片刻。 2. 加入胡萝卜和包菜,翻炒至包菜变软。 3. 加入腐竹、冬粉和1碗水,拌匀后待锅中水煮沸。 4. 盖上锅盖,小火焖3分钟。 5. 打开锅盖,翻炒一下,然后再焖2分钟。 6. 加入1汤匙酱油、少许盐和胡椒粉,炒匀至汤汁稍微收干即可。 Five Treasure Vegetables Ingredients: * 200g cabbage (torn into small pieces) * 1 small piece of carrot (sliced into flower shapes) * 3 dried red dates (pitted) * small black fungus (soaked until soft) * Lily Flower (soaked for 15 minutes, trimmed, and tied into knots) * vermicelli (soaked until soft) * 1 piece of dried bean curd sheet * Seasonings: * 1 tablespoon soy sauce * A pinch of salt * A pinch of white pepper Instructions: 1. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Add red dates, Lily Flower, and small black fungus. Stir-fry for a moment. 2. Add carrots and cabbage, and stir-fry until the cabbage softens. 3. Add the dried bean curd sheet, glass noodles, and 1 bowl of water. Mix well and bring to a boil. 4. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. 5. Remove the lid, stir, and simmer for another 2 minutes. 6. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and ground white pepper. Stir well and cook until the liquid slightly reduces.
