杏仁酥

分量:大约68粒-73粒 (看模具大小)

材料

150克 底筋面粉(可用135克中筋面粉+15克玉米粉代替)
1茶匙 发粉/泡打粉
1/2 茶匙细盐
60克 糖粉
100克杏仁粉
100毫升 玉米油

表面涂层:

1粒蛋黄
1茶匙食油
1茶匙清水

表面装饰:
杏仁碎/杏仁片

150设氏度,上下火,烤20分钟

Ingredients:

150g of low-gluten flour (can be replaced by 135g of all-purpose flour + 15g of corn flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
60g icing sugar
100g almond flour
100ml corn oil

Surface coating:

1 egg yolk
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp water

Chopped Almonds/Sliced Almonds

150 degrees Celsius, up and down fire, bake for 20 minutes

材料:
1粒蛋白 (A/B 蛋都可以)
40克 糖粉
150克 杏仁片

**预热烤箱,150度,烤18-20 分钟(最后3分钟观察顔色)**

温馨提醒:-
**一定要用不粘烤纸
**烤盘尺寸 = 4x9寸(36cm x23cm)

How to make crispy and delicious almond crisps without Florentine (Egg white version)

Almond Crisp

Ingredients:
1 egg white (A/B egg)
40g icing sugar
150g sliced almonds

**Preheat the oven, 150 degrees, bake for 18-20 minutes (observe the color in the last 3 minutes)**

Reminder:-
**Be sure to use non-stick baking paper/partchment baking paper
**Baking pan size = 4x9 inches (36cm x23cm)

180度,烤20分钟(烘烤饼干的时间只供参考,必要时根据个别的烤箱做出适当的调整)

温馨提示:
1.核桃仁也可用料理机打碎,口感会更细腻
2.出炉后把饼干放在冷却网架/铁架上,自然涼透后,可密封收藏烤好的饼干一定要密封好哦,防止回潮变软
3.核桃仁碎 50g,或按个人口味添加,也可不加。
