一起来做“班兰发糕”,快速免烤食谱。只需几种简单食材,超直接,无蛋,无酵母,隔天也不干硬。采用了新鲜班兰叶搅成汁来制作,蒸后呈现出天然无色素的班兰绿色,整体太香了。做发糕要确保发粉/泡打粉有效,面糊不搅拌过度,蒸时火力够大,不要间中开盖,就能烤出各个开花,笑口常开,膨胀高高的发糕。撕开了,内部蓬松暄软且绵密湿润,加上班兰椰奶口味,清新不腻,很香~

收藏方式:做好温吃最佳,放凉收密封容器,室温2天内吃完。

Let's make “Pandan Huat Kuih” a.k.a. “Pandan Blossoming Steamed Cake/Pandan Prosperity Cake”, quick no bake recipe. Super straight forward with just few simple ingredients, no egg, no yeast, won't dry hard overnight. Fresh pandan leaves blended into juice is used to make, after steamed reveal the natural no food coloring pandan green color, so fragrant. When making Huat Kuih, must ensure baking powder is still active, must not overmix batter, the heat is strong enough when steaming, and must not open lid midway, can yield Huat Kuih each blossoming beautifully, smiles, and high puffiness. When break apart, the inside is fluffy, soft, and moist, with pandan coconut milk flavor, refreshing with sweetness just right, very fragrant~

Storage method: Best eaten warm after steamed. Once cooled, store in airtight container, 2days at room temperature.

95g Pandan Juice 班兰汁 (24g Pandan Leaves 班兰叶 + 105g Water水)
60g Coconut Milk椰奶 or或 (30g Thick Coconut Cream浓椰奶油 + 30g Water 水)
18g Vegetable Oil/Corn Oil植物油/玉米油
155g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
10g Baking Powder 发粉/泡打粉
50g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
1.5g Salt 盐
