In Yunnan, how many dishes can be made from a single beef skin?【滇西小哥】 In the village, when they slaughter a cow and divide the meat, the beef skin is usually the part that nobody wants. It takes an entire day to clean and process it. But once the beef skin is properly prepared, it can be used to make a lot of delicious dishes. Combined with Yunnan wild chive roots, it creates a flavorful Wa-style dish that's both spicy and refreshing—impossible to stop eating. Fried beef skin and beef skin jelly are the most popular ways Yunnan people enjoy beef skin, and they're perfect for pairing with rice. I originally planned to deep-fry a batch of crispy beef skin, but it was a failure. The awkward part was that a fan came to my house for dinner for the first time, and what they ended up eating was my failed beef skin dish.
