一起来做“免烤草莓果冻芝士蛋糕”。做法直接,不用烤箱,免烤食谱。采用了很多新鲜的草莓来制作,芝士蛋糕馅内藏着自制草莓酱,上面再铺上一层柠檬果冻,透视中还可见满满一层的草莓,层次分明,看起来超梦幻,好疗愈~垂涎三尺。切开来,芝士馅内满满的草莓酱溢出,顶部多汁的草莓,Q弹柠檬果冻,丝滑芝士,咸香消化饼底,刚好中和所有味道,酸甜清爽,超好吃~ 草莓铁粉一定要尝试!

收藏方式:做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天,取决于鲜水果本身可以存放多久。

Let’s make “No Bake Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake”. The recipe is straightforward, no oven required, no bake recipe. Made with a lot of fresh strawberries. Cheesecake filling is filled with homemade strawberry jam, topped with a layer of lemon jelly, where a layer loaded with strawberries can be seen through transparent jelly, distinct layers, so dreamy, therapeutic and satisfying ~ mouth-watering. Cut open, cheese filling is full of strawberry jam ooze out, juicy strawberries on top, QQ jiggly lemon jelly, silky cheese, and salty digestive biscuit base, contrasting all the flavors, sweet tangy, refreshing. Storage Method: Keep in airtight container and chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fresh fruits can last.

♦Ingredients食材=6’inch Loose Bottom Cake Mould 圆活底蛋糕模具=
=Biscuit Base饼皮=
55g Unsalted Butter (Melted) 无盐牛油(融化)
125g Digestive Biscuits消化饼
20g Brown Sugar 棕糖
1g Salt 盐

=Strawberry Jam草莓酱=
150g Fresh Strawberries 鲜草莓
38g Caster Sugar糖粉
3g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
15g Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (Sifted) 鲜榨柠檬汁(过筛)

=Cheesecake Fillings芝士蛋糕馅=
30g Cold Water 冷水
8g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
250g Cream Cheese (Soften) 奶油芝士(软化)
70g Caster Sugar细砂糖
1g Salt盐
3g Vanilla Extract 香草精
200g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
100g Strawberry Jam草莓酱

=Lemon Jelly 柠檬果冻=
60g Cold Water 冷水
13g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
190g Hot Boiling Water沸腾热水
62g Caster Sugar细砂糖
12g Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (Sifted) 鲜榨柠檬汁(过筛)

(Chill 6hours to overnight in normal fridge)
(普通冰箱冰箱冷却6小时-隔夜)
