花型九层糕
Floral Layered Kuih

材料:
* 250ml 清水
* 3-4片香蘭葉(打结)
* 100g 糖
*
粉浆部分:
* 110g 木薯粉
* 70g 水磨粘米粉
* 10g 绿豆粉
* 1/4茶匙 盐
* 200ml 椰浆
*
工具:
* 20个花型硅胶模具

✨ 小贴士:✅ 每层蒸好后,粉浆表面应呈凝固状态,再倒入下一层,以免颜色混合。✅ 九层糕口感Q弹,建议蒸好后放置1-2小时再食用,口感更佳!

Ingredients:

🔹 Syrup:
* 250ml water
* 3-4 pandan leaves (tied into a knot)
* 100g sugar

🔹 Batter:
* 110g tapioca flour
* 70g rice flour
* 10g mung bean flour
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 200ml coconut milk (divided into two portions: one plain, one dyed pink)

🔹 Tools:
* 20 flower-shaped silicone molds

Tips:
✔ Steam each layer until set before adding the next to prevent colors from mixing.✔ Let the kuih rest for 1-2 hours after steaming for a chewier texture.✔ Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
