云南德宏阿昌族美食，陇川烧猪，户撒过手米线，阿星逛阿露窝罗节Traditional festival food of the Achang people in Dehong, Yunnan Husa in Longchuan County, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province is a famous Achang township. The annual Aluwoluo Festival is a grand event for the Achang people. Locals dress up in new clothes every time the festival comes, singing and dancing, and thousands of people are dancing in the Woluo. There is also a demonstration of Husa knife, one of the four famous knives in China. Longchuan's gourmet charcoal-grilled pork and hand-crossing rice noodles are also specialties. The golden and crispy pork is paired with ghost-fire green dipping sauce. If you come too late, you won't be able to eat it.
