湖南郴州的栖凤渡镇,因三国名士庞统夜宿而得名,凤雏宿渡口,小镇名满天下。同样有名的还有镇上的两样美食,鱼粉和烧鸡公。麻辣红油鱼汤浇在薄而筋道的干切粉上,加上葱花煎蛋和油条,嗦一口汤鲜味美。脆皮烧鸡公,五斤鸡肉一斤姜的比例,独家的火候和制作工序,最好吃的不是鸡肉而是鸡皮。当然这些栖凤渡美味都离不开一样调味料,就是豆油,黑黑的豆油就是郴州的底味。
Qifengdu Town in Chenzhou, Hunan, is named after the Three Kingdoms celebrity Pang Tong who stayed overnight there. Fengchu stay at the ferry, the town is famous all over the world. Also famous are two delicacies in the town, fish noodles and roasted rooster. Spicy red oil fish soup is poured on thin and chewy dry noodles, with scallion fried eggs and fried dough sticks. The soup is delicious. Crispy roasted rooster, with a ratio of five pounds of chicken to one pound of ginger, unique heat and production process, the best part is not the chicken but the chicken skin. Of course, these Qifengdu delicacies are inseparable from the same seasoning, that is, soybean oil. The black soybean oil is the base flavor of Chenzhou.
