麻油素腰子
材料:
* 素腰子 1包(约250克)
* 姜 1大块
* 麻油 适量
* 1汤匙 素蚝油
* 适量 老抽
* 2汤匙 生抽
* 少许 糖
* 少许 白胡椒粉
* 少量 清水
* 少许 枸杞

做法:
1. 将素腰子切片,每片切成两片。
2. 姜洗净后切成细长丝。
3. 热锅,加入适量麻油,放入姜丝爆香至微褐色,取出一半备用。
4. 加入素腰子片翻炒片刻。
5. 逐渐加入素蚝油、老抽、生抽、白胡椒粉、白糖及少许清水,继续煮至汁液浓稠。
6. 最后加入枸杞,继续翻煮片刻,待枸杞稍微软化,盛出即可,趁热享用。

温馨提示:
* 此道菜肴最适合坐月子妈妈们食用,温和而滋补,枸杞更能提升滋补效果。

Sesame Oil Vegan Kidney (麻油素腰子)

Ingredients:
* 1 pack of vegan kidney (about 250g)
* 1 large piece of ginger
* Sesame oil (to taste)
* 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce
* Soy sauce (to taste)
* 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
* A pinch of sugar
* A pinch of white pepper powder
* A small amount of water
* A handful of goji berries (枸杞)

Instructions:
1. Slice the vegan kidney and cut each slice in half.
2. Wash and slice the ginger into thin strips.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, add sesame oil, and sauté the ginger strips until slightly browned. Remove half of the ginger for later use.
4. Add the vegan kidney slices and stir-fry briefly.
5. Gradually add the vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper powder, sugar, and a little water. Cook until the sauce thickens.
6. Finally, add the goji berries and stir for a moment until they soften slightly. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Tips:
* This dish is especially suitable for new mothers during the confinement period, as it is nourishing and gentle. The goji berries further enhance its health benefits.
