It has two layers, using freshly grated white coconut shreds to make top white coconut layer, and fresh pandan leaves blended into juice to make bottom green pandan layer. After steamed, reveal distinct double layer of natural, no coloring snow white and pandan green, with clear pattern imprinted from traditional pattern Kuih Puteri Ayu mold. Each one is puffy and bounce back easily, beautiful and cute. When break open, inside is fluffy, soft and moist, pandan coconut milk flavor paired with salty grated coconut, salty sweet combination, refreshing with a rich texture, so fragrant. Storage method: Best eaten warm after steamed.
