【娘惹阿叁蝦】酸辣濃香開胃又下飯!3步驟搞定超快手家常菜|Nyonya Asam Prawn Recipe|傻大姐美食厨房 成为此频道的会员支持傻大姐创作: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join --------------------- 【娘惹阿叁蝦】 材料: * 蝦 20 隻(切背去腸,洗淨瀝乾) * 阿叁膏 15g(加適量水調成汁) * 1/2茶匙 鹽 * 2大湯匙 糖 * 醬油 1 大匙(煮的時候加入) * 黑醬油(老抽)少許(上色用) 👩🍳 做法: 1)將蝦與阿叁汁、鹽、糖拌勻,醃製約 30 分鐘。2)熱鍋少油,將蝦煎至半熟。3)倒入剩餘醃料及 2-3 湯匙水,再加入 1 湯匙醬油與少許黑醬油調色,翻拌均勻後焖煮至收汁即可。 ✅ 小撇步:黑醬油只需少許,提色但不蓋味。 Nyonya Asam Prawn Ingredients: * 20 prawns (slit the back, deveined, rinsed and drained) * 15g asam paste (diluted with some water to make asam juice) * ½ tsp salt * 2 tbsp sugar * 1 tbsp soy sauce (add during cooking) * A dash of dark soy sauce (for coloring)‘ Instructions: 1. Mix prawns with asam juice, salt, and sugar. Marinate for about 30 minutes. 2. Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the prawns until half cooked. 3. Pour in the remaining marinade and 2–3 tbsp of water. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and a dash of dark soy sauce for color.
