红烧日本豆腐食谱

材料:
* 日本豆腐 3条(切成圆块)
* 花菇 4朵(泡发切小块)
* 豌豆 适量 (切半)
* 红萝卜 半根(切片)
* 蒜头 2-3瓣(切末)
* 玉米粉 适量(裹豆腐用)
* 食用油 适量

调味料:
* 酱油 2大匙
* 蚝油 1大匙
* 糖 1小匙
* 盐 适量
* 胡椒粉 少许
* 水 200ml
* 玉米粉水(玉米粉 1小匙 + 水 2大匙,勾芡用)

Braised Japanese Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
* 3 tubes of Japanese tofu (cut into round pieces)
* 4 shiitake mushrooms (soaked and cut into small pieces)
* Appropriate amount of peas (halved)
* ½ carrot (sliced)
* 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
* Appropriate amount of cornstarch (for coating tofu)
* Cooking oil (as needed)

Seasonings:
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tsp sugar
* Salt (to taste)
* A pinch of pepper
* 200ml water
* Cornstarch slurry (1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, for thickening)

Pineapple Chicken

材料:
* 2支鸡腿(切块)
* 1粒 黄梨 (切块)
* 3-4粒小葱头(切末)
* 4 瓣蒜米 切末)
* 3条小辣椒


调味:
* 1 汤匙蚝油
* 3汤匙 番茄酱
* 2汤匙 辣椒酱
* 2茶匙 白糖
* 1茶匙 盐
* 200毫升 清水

* 桔仔 3个/青柠檬 1个(榨汁)
* 鱼露 1汤匙
* 白糖 1汤匙
* 少许盐
* 烤香的腰豆/花生 2汤匙

泰式四棱豆沙拉
Thai Winged Bean Salad


Ingredients:
* Winged beans – about 10 (sliced thinly)
* Cherry tomatoes – 6-8 (cut into small pieces)
* Dried anchovies – a small handful
* Red onions – 2 (thinly sliced)
* Bird’s eye chili – 2-3 (chopped, adjust to taste)
* Calamansi juice (from 3 calamansi) or lime juice (from 1 lime)
* Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
* White sugar – 1 tbsp
* A pinch of salt
* Roasted cashews or peanuts – 2 tbsp

* 1茶匙 黑醬油



醃製肉片:
250 克 猪肉片
2湯匙 醬油
1湯匙麻油
1茶匙 白糖
1湯匙 玉米澱粉

*******攪拌均勻, 醃製30分鐘****


Stir-fried Sesame Oil Pork with Ginger
This dish has a rich, fragrant flavor, with the aroma of sesame oil and ginger standing out, while the pork remains tender and juicy. It pairs perfectly with rice.

Ingredients:

* 250g pork (thinly sliced)
* 70g ginger (julienned)
* 10g black fungus/wood ear mushrooms (soaked in water until soft)
* 5 tablespoons sesame oil
* 2~3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

Marinating the pork:

* 250g pork slices
* 2 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Mix everything well and marinate for 30 minutes.
