【菜脯炒茄子】,古早味菜肴,鹹香辣辣的開胃超下飯!配飯配粥都適合,10分鐘上桌的快手菜! 成为此频道的会员支持傻大姐创作: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join ------------------------------- 菜脯炒茄子 材料: * 茄子 180g(切丁) * 咸菜脯 100g + 甜菜脯 100g(切碎、泡水15分钟) * 猪肉碎 150g * 蒜碎 1汤匙 * 青红指天椒 各2条(切圈) 调味料: * 糖 1½ 茶匙 * 生抽 2 茶匙 * 胡椒粉 1 茶匙 * 绍兴酒 2 茶匙 做法: 1. 茄子过油约3分钟,捞出备用。 2. 热锅爆香蒜碎,加入菜脯炒香。 3. 加入猪肉碎,炒匀。 4. 加调味料:糖、生抽、胡椒粉,炒匀。 5. 加入指天椒和茄子,翻炒均匀。 6. 最后加入绍兴酒2茶匙炒匀即可。 Stir-fried Eggplant with Preserved Radish Ingredients: * 180g eggplant (diced) * 100g salted preserved radish + 100g sweet preserved radish (chopped and soaked in water for 15 minutes) * 150g minced pork * 1 tbsp chopped garlic * 2 bird's eye chilies (1 red, 1 green, sliced) Seasonings: * 1½ tsp sugar * 2 tsp light soy sauce * 1 tsp pepper * 2 tsp Shaoxing wine Instructions: 1. Deep-fry the diced eggplant for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat a wok, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the preserved radish and stir-fry until aromatic. 3. Add minced pork and stir-fry until cooked. 4. Add sugar, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix well. 5. Add chilies and eggplant. Stir everything together evenly. 6.
