趁榴莲季节，一起来做“榴莲冰淇淋”，榴莲控必试！真的超喜欢这丝滑没冰渣子的冰淇淋口感。因为这食谱不需要用冰淇淋机，不用炼奶，一般自家都能做，口感还不会硬得像冰块，较容易挖球。这是没炼奶的食谱，甜度适中,　不甜腻。而且最重要里面满满的榴莲香，搭配些脆口杏仁粒和新鲜榴莲果肉，每一口香醇浓厚，口感绵密丝滑。

While it’s durian season, let’s make “Durian Ice Cream”, Durian Fans must try! Really like the silky smooth velvety texture of the ice cream without ice particles. Since this is a no ice cream machine/maker recipe, convenient for homemade. Won’t freeze hard as ice, thus easier to scoop out pretty ice cream balls. This is no condensed milk recipe, the sweetness is just right. And most importantly, loaded with durian aroma and flavors, paired with crunchy almond nibs and fresh durian pulp, each scoop is rich flavorful, silky smooth creamy texture.

♦Ingredients食材=Rectangle Mould长方模具 (18.5cm x 13.5cm x 6cm)=
170g Full Cream Milk 全脂牛奶
3 Egg Yolks 蛋黄
65g Caster Sugar 细纱糖
5g Vanilla Extract 香草精
1.5g Salt 盐
250g Durian Pulp 榴莲果肉
20g Coconut Milk 椰奶
7g Caster Sugar 细纱糖
340g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
100g Durian Pulp 榴莲果肉
Almond Nibs 杏仁粒

(1st: Freeze in freezer for 2hours) (1st: 冰库冷冻2小时)
(2nd: Freeze in freezer for 1½-2hours) (2nd: 冰库冷冻1½-2小时)
(3rd: Freeze in freezer for 6hours-overnight) (3rd: 冰库冷冻6小时-隔夜)
