Used fresh dragon fruit and Gula Melaka/Palm sugar to make natural no coloring syrup, which adds a natural purple-red and brown gradient effect to ice kacang, so pretty. Fill surrounding of shaved ice with loads of red kidney beans, palm fruit, grass jelly, cream corn and homemade roasted peanuts, topped with a scoop of ice cream, drizzled with evaporated milk and crushed peanuts. Entire bowl full of fillings, colorful, beautiful and therapeutic desserts, super appetizing. Every bite will experience different fillings and different flavor and texture, Q-elastic, crunchy, full of bean flavor, with strong Gula Melaka fragrance, icy and cool, refreshing and heat-relief.
