一起来做双色“飓风戚风蛋糕”,蓬松暄软,且湿润清新不过甜腻。一次过做两种口味,原味和巧克力口味,重叠并整成飓风花纹。烤到表面定型即可划线切割顶部6等份,烤时就像开花一样膨发开。这次顶部还烙印上Snoopy Dog,很可爱。一口就可以吃到两个口味,戚风蛋糕超会晃动回弹,口感软绵绵像云朵,搭配酸甜樱桃/冰淇淋来吃,绝配~

收藏方式:做好完全冷却收密封容器室温2-3天。收普通冰箱/冷冻可以收较久,吃前放回普通冰箱隔夜解冻。

Let's make a Two-Tone “Hurricane Chiffon Cake"—soft, fluffy, moist, and refreshing without overly sweet. Make two flavors at once, original and chocolate flavor, Layer and create hurricane pattern. Once bake till cake surface is set, slit and cut top into six equal parts. puff up like flower as it bakes. This time, the top is hot stamped with Snoopy Dog for a cute touch. Enjoy two flavors in one bite. Chiffon cake jiggles and bounces perfectly with soft, cloud-like texture. Pair with sweet tangy cherries or ice cream, perfect match~

Storage: Cool completely and store in airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. Stored in normal fridge or freezer for longer. Before eating, place it in normal fridge to thaw overnight.

♦ Ingredient 材料=6’inch Round Loose Bottom Cake Tin圆活底蛋糕模具=
45g Milk (Room Temperature) 牛奶 (室温)
30g Vegetable Oil 植物油
2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
1g Salt 盐
3pcs (50g) Egg Yolks 蛋黄
40g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
5g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
5g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 无糖可可粉
105g Egg Whites 蛋白
4g White Vinegar/Lemon Juice 白醋/柠檬汁
50g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(Preheated Oven 190C: 12-15minutes, cut slit, Adjust to 160C: 35-40minutes, total:50-55minutes)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
(预热烤箱190C: 12-15分钟, 划线, 调160C:35-40分钟, 总共:50-55分钟)

Electric Stove: High Heat Hot Stamp Mould 3-4minutes / Gas Stove: Heat50-60sec, imprint 1sec
