之前做了原味绿豆糕,这次一起来做“绿豆糕3种口味”,蔓越莓,紫薯和抹茶口味,你最喜欢哪款?不用烤箱,不用等回油,清爽不腻。整个过程最久就是等浸泡绿豆,不想等也可以放冰箱隔夜浸泡,醒来隔天继续做。采用了纯绿豆,蜂蜜和牛油炒一下即可。在绿豆糕基础上加了蔓越莓干,紫薯粉和抹茶粉增添风味。做好放冰库冷冻一下口感更佳,保存了绿豆本身纯清香蜜甜,再各别搭配蔓越莓的酸甜味,紫薯淡芋香,抹茶苦涩味。比起传统月饼,绿豆糕口感更清爽香醇甜美。

收藏方式:做好收密封容器,放冰库冷冻30分钟后立刻吃口感最佳。要保存更久,收冰库冷冻,吃前解冻保持不干。要新鲜,建议3-4天内吃完。

No oven, no need to wait oil return, refreshing and not greasy. Longest time in the whole process is to wait mung beans soaking. If you don’t want to wait, you can put them in normal fridge to soak overnight, and continue next day after waking up. Pure mung beans, honey and butter are used to stir fry just awhile. Add dried cranberries, purple potato powder, matcha powder to mung bean dough. Best eaten after freeze awhile, which retains golden color and pure fragrance of the mung beans, honey sweetness, each paired with tanginess of cranberries, mellow purple potato and bitterness of matcha. Compared with traditional mooncakes, mung bean cakes are even more refreshing, mellow and sweet taste.

Storage method: Put in airtight container, freeze for 30 minutes, and serve immediately for the best taste. To keep it longer, freeze in the freezer and thaw before eating to keep them from drying out. For freshness, suggest finish eating within 3-4days.

250g Split Mung Beans (Remove skin) 绿豆半(去皮)
104g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油
1g Salt 盐
110g Honey 蜂蜜
3g Matcha Powder 抹茶粉
3g Purple Potato Powder 紫薯粉
20g Dried Cranberries 蔓越莓干
