Dough is then shaped into six different flower designs: Peach Blossom, Six-Petals, Clover, Daisy, Chrysanthemum, and Epiphyllum. Each one is unique and beautiful. The filling is less sweet white lotus fillings, incredibly fragrant without overly sweet. The crust is flaky crispy and crumbly, with subtle notes of green tea, purple sweet potato, and beetroot aroma. The filling is subtly sweet and delicious. Storage Method: Best eaten once freshly baked and cooled. Consume within 3-5 days at room temperature. Cool thoroughly, put in airtight container. To keep longer, store in the freezer. Thaw and toast over medium heat.
