Made with a lot of fresh pumpkin flesh boiled in sugar water till tender and hot. Mash half into pumpkin puree add into batter, retain remaining in pumpkin cube shape to add texture. Freshly baked, whole house is filled of pumpkin buttery aroma. Greek yogurt is added to this recipe to keep the internal structure of the cake dense yet moist. When cut open, beautiful creamy pumpkin orange golden color, paired with loads of pumpkin cubes and pistachio, every bite is so fragrant, super irresistible. Really delicious~ Storage Method: Best eaten once baked. Cool completely, store in airtight container store in normal fridge for 3days.
