今天用金瓜来做娘惹糕点,一起来做“金瓜小松糕Pumpkin Kuih Puteri Ayu Labu”,快速免烤食谱。拥有两个层次,采用新鲜刨制的白椰丝来制作顶部的白椰丝层,新鲜金瓜蒸熟压成泥来制作底部的金黄金瓜层。蒸后呈现出鲜明的双层天然无色素的雪白色和金黄色,又明显印出传统小松糕模具纹路,个个膨胀圆鼓鼓很厉害晃动Q弹,漂亮又可爱。撕开了,内部蓬松暄软且绵密湿润,加上天然金瓜甜,椰奶口味,和咸味椰丝,咸甜搭配,清新不腻,口感丰富,太香了。。

收藏方式:做好温吃最佳,放凉收密封容器收普通冰箱冷藏,吃前重蒸,1-2天内吃完。

Today used Pumpkin to make Nyonya Kuih, let's make "Kuih Puteri Ayu Labu, Pumpkin Steamed Cake", quick no-bake recipe. It has two layers, using freshly grated white coconut shreds to make top white coconut layer, and fresh pumpkin flesh steamed and mashed into puree to make bottom golden pumpkin layer. After steamed, reveal distinct double layer of natural, no coloring snow white and golden color, with clear pattern imprinted from traditional pattern Kuih Puteri Ayu mold. Each one is puffy and bounce back easily, beautiful and cute. When break open, inside is fluffy, soft and moist, natural sweetness from pumpkin, coconut milk flavor paired with salty grated coconut, salty sweet combination, refreshing with a rich texture, so fragrant.

Storage method: Best eaten warm after steamed. Once cooled, store in airtight container chill in normal fridge, re-steam before eating, finish within 1-2days.

♦Ingredients 食材 =12-13pcs Kuih Puteri Ayu (Mould模具: Diameter直径: 62mm, , Height高: 24mm)=
=Coconut Layer椰丝层=
75g Freshly Grated Coconut 鲜椰丝
4g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
1g Salt 盐
(Water boiled, Steam on High Heat for 10minutes)
(水沸腾, 大火蒸10分钟)

=Pumpkin Layer班兰层=
125g Pumpkin Puree 金瓜泥
1 Egg 鸡蛋 (Grade A等级, 65-69g/pc including egg shell包括蛋壳)
75g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
¼tsp White Vinegar 白醋
95g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉
30g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
2g (½tsp) Baking Powder 发粉/泡打粉
1.5g (¼tsp) Baking Soda 苏打粉
55g Fresh Santan/Coconut Milk鲜椰奶
45g Water水 (to adjust consistency调和浓稠度)
(Water boiled, Steam on High Heat for 15minutes, off heat cover simmer 2-3minutes)
(水沸腾, 大火蒸15分钟, 关火关盖焖2-3分钟)
