这是在马来西亚“巴生班达马兰新村”街场的特色“瓦煲虾伊面,啦啦煎”,是当地人非常推荐的一个有名档口。“啦啦”与“蜊仔”是同一物。马来西亚的人都是这样子叫啦啦,啦啦长的小,肉也是一点点。煎的话很好吃,外酥内软,吃起满口留香。“瓦煲虾伊面”加的是生鸡蛋而非熟蛋。由于是采用瓦煲,所以汤头的持热度可以保持很久,而且很有虾味。

This is a special "Claypot Shrimp Yi Noodle, La La Fried" in the street market of "Klang Bandamaran New Village" in Malaysia. It is a famous stall highly recommended by the locals. "La La" and "Crap" are the same thing. Malaysians call it la la like this. La la is small and has a little meat. It's delicious when fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
