The Craftisan, Wellings Mansion - A Place for Good Food, Drinks and Zen Here at the Craftisan, they are specializing in the best handcrafted delights. From hand-dripped coffee made from some of the finest coffee beans in the world, to homemade Ice cream and gelato as well as other scrumptious desserts and cakes. The Salmon Egg Benedict here is one of their signatures where the salmon slices are fresh and the homemade hollandaise sauce blended in well with all the ingredients. As for the dessert, what's impressed me are the Matchamiso which is rare and unique and also the Matcha Lava Cake that made the impression for coming back again.
