香兰戚风蛋糕食谱:

食材:

4粒蛋黄
20毫升 植物油
50毫升 香兰汁
20毫升 椰奶
70克 底筋面粉/特幼面粉 (过筛)

4粒蛋白
几滴白醋或几滴柠檬汁
50克 细砂糖

(预热烤箱155C: 55-60分钟)
(上下火,不开旋风,中下层烤)

Pandan Chiffon Cake

♦Recipe = 6 or 7' inch chiffon cake tin

4 egg yolks
20ml vegetable oil
50ml pandan juice
20ml coconut milk
70g all-purpose flour/very fine flour (sifted)

4 egg white
A few drops of white vinegar or a few drops of lemon juice
50 g caster sugar

(Preheat oven 155C: 55-60 minutes)
(up and down fire, do not turn on the fan, middle and lower layers are baked)

红萝卜核桃蛋糕

准备模具:6或 7寸圆模

材料:
2条 红萝卜 (大约180克)
2粒 鸡蛋 (size A)
80克 细砂糖
125克 中筋面粉(或底筋面粉)
1/2茶匙 发粉
1/2茶匙 小苏打
少许 细盐
1/2茶匙 肉桂粉
80毫升 玉米油/植物油

50克 (烤香后的核桃)
30克葡萄干
少许 柠檬皮

170度,上下火,烘烤大约50分钟

Carrot Walnut Cake Recipe

Prepare the mold: 6 or 7 inch round mold

Ingredients:
2 carrots (about 180g)
2 eggs (size A)
80g caster sugar
125g all-purpose flour (or cake flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of fine salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

香蕉蛋糕 (无蛋版) The Best Vegan banana cake(No Egg)
分量: 一个 (20cm 长 x 11cm 宽 x 6cm 高 )蛋糕长模

材料:

3至4条 熟透的香蕉 (200克)(用匙羹压烂)
45克 白糖
60克 植物油 (椰油/太阳花油/玉米油都可以)
150克 底筋面粉/中筋面粉
1茶匙 泡打粉(4克)
1/2 茶匙 苏打粉 (2克)
1/4茶匙 盐
70毫升 豆浆 (我用低糖盒装豆奶)
1/2茶匙 香草精(可选择)

预热烤箱,上下火,160设氏度烤45-50分钟


Vegan banana cake(No Egg)

Yield: 1 (20cm long x 11cm wide x 6cm high) cake mould

Ingredients:
3 to 4 ripe bananas (200g) (Mash with a spoon)
45g white sugar
60g vegetable oil (coconut oil/sunflower oil/corn oil is fine)
150g all-purpose/all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2g)
1/4 tsp salt
70ml soy milk (I use low sugar boxed soy milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Preheat the oven, heat up and down, and bake at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes

材料:
有盐牛油 100克 (室温软化)
细砂糖 60克
鸡蛋 2个
低筋面粉 100克
发粉 1/2茶匙 (3克)
Vanilla香草精 1/2茶匙
牛奶 25克

长形模型(7cm底宽 x 21cm长x 9cm高 )


The Best old Fashioned Butter Cake
This is a traditional and simple old-fashioned butter cake, moist, very fragrant butter flavor, solid taste without drying.


Ingredients:
100g salted butter (softened at room temperature)
60g caster sugar
2 eggs
100g cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (3g)
1/2 tsp Vanilla vanilla extract
25g milk
baking tray (7cm bottom width x 21cm length x 9cm height)
