咸蛋酥炸蟹柳 CNY Cookies Salted Egg Fried Crab Stick

材料:

2包蟹柳
适量咸蛋粉
适量玉米粉

方法:

1.将蟹柳卷开后撕成条状(粗细依除个人喜好)
2.将蟹柳条放在太阳爆嗮1小时/放入冰箱冷藏两小时(水份少一点,炸比较酥脆)
3.取2汤匙咸蛋粉和2汤匙玉米粉捞均匀,放入蟹柳条,翻拌均匀
4.炸蟹柳时油的份量可以多一点,热油后,加入适量咖喱叶,把蟹柳均匀的洒在热油中,稍微定型后才可以用筷子稍微搅动,让它均匀受热。
5.蟹柳转成金黄色即捞起
6.蟹柳冷却后再装进罐子,然后用粘纸封罐,可耐1个月

2 packs crab sticks
Appropriate amount of salted egg powder
Appropriate amount of corn flour

method:

1. Unroll the crab sticks and tear them into strips (thickness depends on personal preference)
2. Put the crab sticks in the sun for 1 hour or put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours
3. Take 2 tbsp of salted egg powder and 2 tbsp of corn flour, put in crab sticks, mix well
4. You can use more oil when frying crab sticks. After heating the oil, add some curry leaves, and sprinkle the crab sticks evenly in the hot oil. After a little shaping, you can stir it with chopsticks to let it heat evenly.
5. When the crab meat turns golden brown, pick it up
6. Put the crab sticks into jars after cooling, and then seal the jars with sticky paper, which can last for 1 month
