白糖碗糕/米发糕(没有泡打粉的米发糕 香甜松软)
Steamed teacup rice cakes

分量:3个大茶杯和 7个小茶杯

材料:
150克粘米粉/在来米粉(最好用100%纯米)
1茶匙 酵母 (大约3克)
110克 细砂糖

Steamed White sugar teacup cake/rice cake (without baking powder, sweet and soft)

Yield: 3 large tea cups and 7 small tea cups

Ingredients:
150g rice flour (preferably 100% pure rice)
1 tsp yeast ( 3g)
110g caster sugar

橙薯红龟糕-绿豆陷|Ang ku kueh

分量:11 粒红龟糕( 红龟糕模是35克的,约 6 cm x 5.5 cm)

馅料)
1.100克绿豆片洗净,浸泡至少4小时或隔夜
2.加入60ml 水,放入一片斑斓叶,放入蒸锅内蒸40分钟。
3.放入搅拌机内加入40g细砂糖一起搅拌变细。
4.每粒约20克,备用

糕皮:
橙色番薯 50克 (橙色番薯去皮,切片,橙番薯蒸15分钟至熟,压成泥)
细砂糖 1汤匙
糯米粉 100克 (过筛)
食油 1-2汤匙
木薯粉 1汤匙 +50g 水 煮成煳 (开粉)
清水 80-100克 (注意番薯泥的湿度慢慢加入)
色素(数滴或适量)* 如果需要 *

Ang ku kueh

Servings: 11 pcs of Ang ku kuehh (the size of the Ang ku kueh mold is 35 grams, about 6 cm x 5.5 cm)

玉米油 3汤匙
红色素 少许

香蕉叶 适量 (用湿布抹干净,剪成圆型)

Banana leaf appropriate amount (wipe clean with a damp cloth and cut into a round shape)

400克 普通面粉 (中筋面粉)
16克 泡打粉
200克 细砂糖
400毫升 清水
少许 粉红色素和黄色素

溷合均匀,水滚后,大火蒸20分钟

400ml water
A little pink and yellow food coloring
