杏仁脆片 (Almond Crisp)

材料:
1粒蛋白 (A/B 蛋都可以)
40克 糖粉
150克 杏仁片

**预热烤箱,150度,烤18-20 分钟(最后3分钟观察顔色)**

温馨提醒:-
**一定要用不粘烤纸
**烤盘尺寸 = 4x9寸(36cm x23cm)

How to make crispy and delicious almond crisps without Florentine (Egg white version)

Almond Crisp

Ingredients:
1 egg white (A/B egg)
40g icing sugar
150g sliced almonds

**Preheat the oven, 150 degrees, bake for 18-20 minutes (observe the color in the last 3 minutes)**

Reminder:-
**Be sure to use non-stick baking paper/partchment baking paper
**Baking pan size = 4x9 inches (36cm x23cm)
