带椰香味的娘惹香蕉阿榜糕,口感軟嫩香甜 Nyonya Apom Pisang

娘惹阿榜糕的口感較為軟嫩,在烤製半熟時加入香蕉片或玉米粒,烤熟之後再對折成半圓形,其餅身較厚,在粉漿內加入椰絲,使其椰香味更為濃郁和米漿發酵的酸味。

娘惹香蕉阿榜糕

材料:A
50克 粘米粉
20克 糯米粉
15克 普通面粉/中筋面粉
30克 糖
100毫升 温水
2克 酵母
80毫升 椰浆
**材料混合均匀,发酵1至2小时***

材料:B
1 粒 蛋
50克 椰丝
3-4条 香蕉

✨小贴士:
第一次下锅时,在锅内先擦一层薄油,过后不必擦油了
记得小火,颜色才能均匀

Nyonya Apom Pisang

Nyonya Apom Pisang/Nyonya Banana Apom Kueh

Ingredients A:
50g rice flour
20g glutinous rice flour
15g Plain flour/All purpose flour
30g sugar
100ml warm water
2g yeast
80ml coconut milk
**Mix the ingredients evenly and ferment for 1 to 2 hours***

Ingredients B:
1 egg
50g shredded coconut
3-4 bananas

✨Tips:
When placing the pot for the first time, rub a thin layer of oil in the pot first, after that you don't need to rub the oil
Remember to keep the fire small, the color can be uniform
