素炒粉丝食谱

材料:
2把 冬粉(用冷水浸泡20分钟,然后剪成小段,沥干水分备用)
1/4粒 包菜(切丝)
1粒 青椒(切丝)
2个 香菇 (切片)
半条 胡萝卜 (切丝)
少许 姜丝

调味:
1汤匙 生抽
2克 盐
适量 白胡椒粉
少许 香菇调味料 (可以省略)
半碗 水

素娘惹阿杂 食谱


材料A:
150g 包菜
5-6条长豆
1条 黄瓜
1条 红萝卜
1/4粒 黄梨

材料B:(全部一起搅烂)
石古仔-6粒
黄姜-4cm
南姜 少许

调味料:
4汤匙 辣椒煳 (可以用现成包装的)
5汤匙 糖
5汤匙 白米醋
1小茶匙 盐
半小 碗烘香花生(搅碎)
2大匙 炒香芝麻

素春卷食谱

沙葛内馅材料:
1粒 沙葛 切丝(约400g)
1 条 红萝卜 切丝(约120g)
3朵 冬菇 切丝


沙葛内馅调味料:
1 汤匙 素蚝油
1/2 茶匙 盐
少许 胡椒粉
少许 素冬菇粉/素调味

收口:
1汤匙木薯粉
2汤匙 清水

1包 春卷皮

素一品瓦煲海鲜豆腐食谱:

Everbest 素海鲜豆腐 (无需解冻)
Everbest 鲜腐竹 (无需解冻)
Everbest 素紫竹鱼 (切块)
甜豆
玉米芯(切块)
半条 红萝卜(切花)
小块姜 (切丝)

酱汁:
2汤匙 素蚝油
2汤匙 生抽
少许胡椒粉
少量清水,搅拌均匀

勾芡:
1茶匙 玉米淀粉
少许清水

Vegetarian Stir Fried Vermicelli Recipe:

2 small bundle of winter Vermicelli
(soak in cold water for 20 minutes, then cut into small pieces, drain the water for later use)
1/4 piece cabbage (shredded)
1 green pepper (shredded)
2 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
Half a carrot (shred)
A little ginger

Seasoning:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2g salt
Some white pepper
A little shiitake mushroom seasoning (optional )
A little of water

Homemade Vegetarian Acar Recipe

Ingredients A:
150g cabbage
5-6 long beans
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1/4 pineapple

Ingredients B: (all blend together)
6pcs Candlenut (Buah Keras)
4cm turmeric(kunyit)
A little Galangal

Seasoning:
4 tablespoons chili boh
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Half a small bowl of roasted peanuts (crushed)
2 tbsp sautéed sesame seeds

Fried Vegetarian Spring Roll Recipe:

Yam Bean filling Ingredients:
1 Yam Bean, shredded (about 400g)
1 carrot, shredded (about 120g)
3 shiitake mushrooms shredded


Yam Bean filling seasoning:
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper
A little vegetarian mushroom powder/vegetable seasoning

Closing:
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
2 tablespoons water

1 package spring roll wrappers (small )

Claypot Seafood Tofu (Vegetarian) Recipe:


Ingredients:
Everbest Vegetarian Seafood Tofu (No need to thaw)
Everbest fresh yuba (no need to thaw)
Everbest vegetarian purple bamboo fish (cut into pieces)
Holland Pea
Baby Corn (diced)
Half a carrot (cut flower)
Small pieces of ginger (shredded)

Sauce:
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
a little pepper
A small amount of water, mix well

Thicken:
1 teaspoon cornstarch
a little water
