最近天气好炎热,中秋节就来做这款龙眼菊花燕菜月饼吧! 菊花具有降火气,解毒消炎散风热,枸杞有明目的功效。冷冷凉凉,酸酸甜甜,非常好吃!

龙眼菊花燕菜月饼 | Logan Chrysanthemum Tea Jelly Mooncake

分量:40-42粒(小燕菜月饼模)

Ingredients 材料:

材料A (菊花茶)*:
10克 干菊花 (洗净)
900毫升 水
****煮10分钟左右,焖15分钟****

材料B (燕菜糕):
10克/1包 燕菜粉
3克 konnyaku果冻粉
100克 糖
罐头龙眼
菊花茶
枸杞


小提示:
1. 菊花和龙眼水的总量是1000毫升,不要超过,不然燕菜脆度会不够,燕菜也比较容易出水
2. 甜度可跟自己喜好做加减
3. 混合燕菜粉才煮,燕菜粉就能完整煮溶无粒状

40-42 pieces (small agar-agar mooncake mold)

Ingredients:

Ingredients A (Chrysanthemum Tea)*:
10g dried chrysanthemum (washed)
900ml water
****Boil for about 10 minutes, simmer for 15 minutes****

Ingredient B (agar-agar cake):
10g agar-agar powder
3 g konnyaku jelly powder
100g sugar
canned longan
chrysanthemum tea
wolfberry

Tips:
1. The total amount of chrysanthemum and longan water is 1000ml, do not exceed it, otherwise the crispness of the agar-agar will not be enough, and the agar-agar will be easier waterly.
2. The sweetness can be adjusted according to your preference
3. Mix the agar-agar powder before cooking, and the agar-agar powder can be completely cooked without grains
