点心楼的粤式点心 | 糯米鸡 | 只需几个简单材料 | Lo Mai Gai | Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join 糯米雞是很多人喜愛的經典港式點心。很多人都觉做糯米鸡很复杂,其实跟着我这做法一点都不难,几乎零失败。只要鸡和冬菇腌制入味,而蒸好的糯米饭调入混合好的酱料混合一样可以做出点心茶楼好吃的糯米鸡! 我这里的分量是10粒糯米鸡。 如果吃不完的,就放在冰厨冷冻,然后要吃的时候就拿出来解冻后,蒸热10分钟就可以吃了! 材料: 500克 糯米(浸泡2小时) 300克 鸡胸肉 5朵香菇 (1朵切成2片) 1条香肠 (切片,煎香) 3汤匙 葱油/猪油 糯米饭调味料: 2 汤匙 生抽 2 汤匙 蚝油 2 汤匙 白糖 1茶匙 盐 1 汤匙 麻油 1茶匙 黑酱油 1茶匙 白胡椒粉 3汤匙 清水,搅拌均匀,备用 腌肉调味料:(肉和香菇) 1汤匙 姜汁 1汤匙 生抽 1汤匙 蚝油 1茶匙 白糖 少许 胡椒粉 1汤匙玉米粉 1茶匙 麻油 1汤匙 花雕酒 做法: 1.500克糯米加清水(200毫升)放在盘子里中火蒸25分钟 饭熟后加3汤匙葱头油和调味料一起拌均。 准备小碗10个,放入腌好的材料,再把米饭填满小碗,蒸30分钟,完成。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lo Mai Gai | Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken Lo Mai Gai is a classic Hong Kong dim sum that many people love.
