这食谱来自于我家婆!一般我们的做法,喜欢加入西刀鱼肉和猪绞肉。大大粒的豆腐卜 ,加入肉馅,经过烹煮之后,豆腐卜吸满了汤汁,肉馅香甜美味,是道非常下饭的一道广西菜做法!


材料:
22粒 豆腐卜
350克 猪肉碎
200克 鱼胶fish paste (if use fish flesh, add *)
120克 韭菜(切粒)

Guang Xi Stuffed Taufu Puff

This recipe is from my mother-in-law! In our general practice, we like to add Pacific Saury and minced pork. Big bean curd puffs are added with meat filling. After cooking, the bean curd puffs are full of soup, and the meat filling is sweet and delicious. It is a very popular Guangxi dish!


Ingredients:
22pcs bean curd puffs
350g minced pork
200g fish paste (I use Pacific Saury)
120g chives (diced)
