如何腌制酸甜脆口的芒果青,吃了一口就停不下来 How to marinate Refreshing Appetizer Pickled Mango https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join 嗨!大家好! 我是傻大姐,来自马来西亚。我喜欢做好吃的,也和大家分享大马的美食做法,希望大家喜欢,跟隨大姐的腳步,探索生活中更美好的事物。訂閱及分享就是給《傻大姐》最大的鼓勵了 ----------------------------------------------- 最近都是芒果的季节,而我家乡玻璃市几乎到处都能看到芒果树的踪影。芒果腌制有好多做法,今天来分享其中一种,是我妈妈家的做法,吃了一口就停不下来 腌脆口芒果青,带甜带咸又带酸,十分开味😍 材料: 2公斤 青芒果 2汤匙 盐 120克 白糖 20颗 酸梅 制作方法: 1.将青芒果洗干净,去皮和切好。 2.盐加入芒果腌制半小时,之后将盐洗去至无咸味(可以多洗几遍) 3.之后用水浸泡芒果1小时后将芒果滴干备用。 4.糖和话梅一起加入其中搅拌均匀 5.装入瓶中,放入冰箱,腌制,隔天即可食用 ----------------------------------------------- Hi! There are many ways to pickle mangoes. Today I will share one of them. It’s my mother’s method. After taking a bite, I can’t stop. Pickled mango green, salty and sour, very tasty😍 Ingredients: 2kg green mango 2 tbsp salt 120g white sugar 20 sour plums Method: 1. Wash the mangoes, peel and cut them. 2. Add the salt to the mango and marinate for half an hour, then wash off the salt, you can wash it several times. 3. Soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour and then drain the mangoes for later use. 4. Add sugar and plums together and mix well 5.
