客家菜 |超级下饭的咸虾酱蒸五花腩|Cincalok Pork Belly Recipe

虾酱是东南亚一带很受欢迎的食材。它是一种由小虾用盐渍发酵,储藏的发酵食品。喜欢虾酱的人会觉得浓香逼人,不喜欢的则掩鼻而走!咸虾酱蒸猪肉是我喜爱的家常菜之一,我喜欢这样吃法,就是蒸好后,挤上酸柑或桔子,让香味更加浓郁!你可以试试看,说不定你也会爱上了呢!



材料:

300克 五花腩 (三层肉)
1茶匙 糖
1小匙 生抽
4大匙 咸虾酱Cincalok
100克 生姜 (切丝)
2粒 小红葱 (切小块状)
2条 大红辣(切粒)
2条 小辣椒(切粒)

酸柑 1粒 或 桔子 1粒

肉腌腌制20分钟
大火蒸20分钟即可

1 lime

Marinate the meat for 20 minutes
Steam for 20 minutes
