燕菜红龟粿的做法 Agar-Agar Angku / Jelly Angku

红龟燕菜糕不但可以当饭后甜品, 还适合用来祭拜神明和祖先哦❤️ 好看又好吃的燕菜红龟粿,大热天气吃这个最适合不过了。

分量-16粒 燕菜红龟粿

模具 - 2 个 燕菜红龟模

材料 :
5克 燕菜粉 (2茶匙)
50克 白糖
1茶匙 粟米粉 (让燕菜不易出水)
350克 清水
150克 椰浆
2片 香兰叶 ( 打结 )

64克 豆蓉馅 -分成16粒 4克 小圆形
(可以换去自己喜欢的内陷)

Agar-Agar Angku / Jelly Angku

Servings-16pcs Agar-Agar Angku
Moulds - 2 Agar-Agar Angku Moulds


Ingredients:
5g agar-agar powder (2 tsp)
50g sugar
1 tsp corn flour (to make agar-agar not easy waterly)
350g water
150g coconut milk
2 pandan leaves ( knotted )

64g bean paste - divided into 16 pieces( 4g each)
(You can change paste to whatever you like)
