非常简单的宫保鸡丁做法,嫩滑入味,好吃下饭Easy Kung Pau Chicken Recipe https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNKAVB4pM5Q4rojBCPhA16g/join 嗨!大家好! 我是傻大姐,来自马来西亚。我喜欢做好吃的,也和大家分享大马的美食做法,希望大家喜欢,跟隨大姐的腳步,探索生活中更美好的事物。訂閱及分享就是給《傻大姐》最大的鼓勵了 材料: 250克 鸡胸肉 (切小粒状) ***加入1茶匙生抽,1/2茶匙胡椒粉,1茶匙麻油,1茶匙花雕酒,少许盐,1茶匙粟粉,混合抓均匀,腌制半小时,备用 辅料: 2瓣 蒜(剁碎) 少许 姜片 5-7条 辣椒干(切小段,泡浸水里5分钟,备用) 1粒 大葱 (切块) 少许 红萝卜 (切片) 青葱 (切段,葱白葱绿,分开) 少许 烤香的腰果 酱汁: 1汤匙 白糖 半茶匙 盐 1汤匙 生抽 1汤匙 番茄酱 1汤匙 浙醋/黑醋 1茶匙 黑酱油 1汤匙 花雕酒 1茶匙 粟粉 1. 把鸡丁煎至八分熟,备用 2. 烧热少许油,爆香姜片,蒜末,和辣椒干,再加入青葱白,红萝卜炒均匀至香 3. 加入鸡丁,宫保酱汁,翻炒均匀,最后加入大葱,腰果和青葱段,翻炒均匀,收汁,即可起锅。 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Easy Kung Pau Chicken Recipe Ingredients: 250g chicken breast (cut into small pieces) ***Add 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon Huadiao wine, a little salt, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mix well, marinate for half an hour, set aside Other ingredients: 2 cloves garlic (minced) A pinch of ginger 5-7 dried chilies (cut into small sections, soak in water for 5 minutes, set aside) 1 green onion (cut into pieces) carrots (sliced) Shallots (cut into sections, scallions, white and green, separate) Some roasted cashew nuts Sauce: 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp black vinegar 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce 1 tbsp Huadiao wine 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1. Fry the chicken until 80% cooked, set aside 2. Heat a little oil, sauté ginger slices, minced garlic, and dried chilies, then add white scallions, carrots and stir-fry until fragrant 3.
