香辣虾米卷的做法,酥脆好吃不停口 Sambal Dried Shrimp Rolls Recipe

新年绝对少不了这款香辣虾米卷,咔嚓咔嚓一口接一口!每一条都满满的虾米香,酥脆好吃不停口......不是骗你,是真的很好吃😋

材料:

100克 虾米
5-7条 辣椒干(切小段,泡热水)
5粒小红葱 (切小片)
2瓣 蒜米(切小片)
2条香茅 (切小片)
16-张大春皮卷 (21.5 cm x 21.5 cm)

封口面糊 (1汤匙面粉 +20毫升 水 , 调均)

做法:
1.虾米洗净后,加入水泡软。之后将虾米,香茅,辣椒,小辣椒,红葱,放入搅拌器中打碎。
2.烧热1大匙油,放入打碎的虾米馅炒香,再放入2汤匙白糖和少许盐调味,最后炒至干身。
3.把每张春卷皮分成9小张,放入少许虾米馅,卷成筒状,把两角对折卷成春卷状, 一角粘点面糊把它封住即可.
4.放入热油锅内以中小火炸至金黄色。
5.稍微待凉收入密封罐中。

Sambal Dried Shrimp Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
100g dried shrimp
5-7 dried chili (cut into small pieces, soak in hot water)
5 small shallots (cut into small slices)
2 cloves garlic cloves (cut into small pieces)
2 lemongrass (cut into small pieces)
16-piece large spring roll (21.5 cm x 21.5 cm)
Sealing batter (1 tablespoon of flour + 20ml of water, mix evenly)

practice:
1. After washing the dried shrimps, add water to soak them to soften. Then put the dried shrimp, lemongrass, chili, small chili, and red onion into a blender and smash.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add the smashed shrimp filling and fry until fragrant, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little salt to taste, and finally fry until dry.
3. Divide each spring roll wrapper into 9 small pieces, add a little shrimp paste, roll it into a tube, fold the two corners in half and roll it into a spring roll, and seal it with a little batter on one corner.
4. Put it in a hot oil pan and fry it over medium-low heat until golden brown.
5.Bring it slightly cooler and put it in an airtight jar.
