香辣虾米卷的做法,酥脆好吃不停口 Sambal Dried Shrimp Rolls Recipe 材料: 100克 虾米 5-7条 辣椒干(切小段,泡热水) 5粒小红葱 (切小片) 2瓣 蒜米(切小片) 2条香茅 (切小片) 16-张大春皮卷 (21.5 cm x 21.5 cm) 封口面糊 (1汤匙面粉 +20毫升 水 , 调均) 做法: 1.虾米洗净后,加入水泡软。之后将虾米,香茅,辣椒,小辣椒,红葱,放入搅拌器中打碎。 2.烧热1大匙油,放入打碎的虾米馅炒香,再放入2汤匙白糖和少许盐调味,最后炒至干身。 3.把每张春卷皮分成9小张,放入少许虾米馅,卷成筒状,把两角对折卷成春卷状, 一角粘点面糊把它封住即可. 4.放入热油锅内以中小火炸至金黄色。 5.稍微待凉收入密封罐中。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sambal Dried Shrimp Rolls is absolutely indispensable for the New Year, one bite after another!
