冬至吃湯圓, 象征家庭和諧、吉祥。今天做的這個是黑糖姜汁汤圆 里面包了红豆和花生内陷,軟軟糯糯QQ,非常好吃!

Eating glutinous rice balls on the winter solstice symbolizes family harmony and auspiciousness.Today Shadajie share the brown sugar ginger glutinous rice dumplings with red beans and peanuts filling. It is soft and glutinous. It is very delicious!

份量:36-38粒

材料:

姜糖水:
25克 姜
20克 黑糖
80克 白糖
1000毫升 清水
2条 香兰叶 (打结)
**糖水煮滚后放凉

花生馅料:
60克 花生碎
20克 细砂糖
15毫升 食油

红豆馅料:100克 (红豆内陷做法:https://youtu.be/Idb769ZRRh8)
**每粒分成5克,搓圆,备用

皮:
200克 糯米粉
15克 细砂糖
大约180-200毫升 热水(70度左右)

Serving Size: 36-38 pcs

Ingredients:

Ginger syrup:
25g ginger
20g brown sugar
80g white sugar
1000ml water
2 pandan leaves (knotted)
**Boil the syrup and let cool

Peanut filling:
60g chopped peanuts
20g caster sugar
15ml cooking oil

Red bean filling: 100g

**Each filling divided into 5g, rounded and set aside

Skin:
200g glutinous rice flour
15g caster sugar
About 180-200ml hot water ( 70 degrees)
