这是非常特别的一种燕菜糕,冷却后燕菜浆就会自然的分成两层的而且做法非常简单好吃!

香兰椰奶燕菜糕的做法

材料:
15条 香兰叶 +120毫升清水搅拌均匀,(取100毫升香兰汁)
200毫升 椰奶
10克 燕菜粉
1粒鸡蛋
180克 冰糖/白糖
800毫升 清水

This is a very special kind of agar-agar cake. After cooling, the agar-agar paste will naturally split into two layers and the preparation is very simple and delicious!

How to make Pandan Coconut Milk Agar-Agar Jelly Pudding

Ingredients:
15 strips of pandan leaves + 120ml of water and stir well, (take 100ml of pandan juice)
200ml coconut milk
10g agar-agar powder
1 egg
180g rock sugar/white sugar
800 ml water
