嗨!大家好!
我是傻大姐,来自马来西亚。我喜欢做好吃的,也和大家分享大马的美食做法.


今天做的这道马来香辣鸡,是一道很受欢迎的马来传统料理,看似红红,其实也不会很辣,非常开胃的一道马来菜肴,色香味俱全,做法其实不难!

材料A:
800g 鸡腿和鸡肉
1汤匙 黄姜粉
1茶匙 盐

材料B (辣椒糊):
15条 辣椒干 剪段 (热水泡软)
5瓣 蒜头(去衣切小块)
4粒 小葱头(去衣切小块)
1粒 大葱头(去衣切小块)
1段/20克 姜 (去衣切小块)
1段/20克 南姜 (去衣切小块)
2条 香茅

材料C(调味):
20克 阿三膏 (加入一些水)
50克 马六甲椰糖
1汤匙 蚝油
2汤匙 番茄酱
1茶匙 盐

其他:
1粒 大葱 (切片)
1粒 大葱 (切圆片)
3条 咖喱叶

2 tbsp tomato paste
1 teaspoon of salt

other:
1 big onion (sliced)
1 big onion (cut into round slices)
3 sticks curry leaves
