曼煎糕Apam Balik,是大马受欢迎国民小吃。曼煎糕做法简单,不管是薄的还是厚的,其实在家都能成功做出来!想要加多点花生碎,还是多点玉米酱,都能随你喜好,自行调整,调配出最合你口味的曼煎糕!

份量:可以做3-4个慢煎糕 (我用26cm 平底锅)


面煳材料:
150 克 面粉
1/2 茶匙 苏打粉
1/2 茶匙 即溶酵母(加少许水,化开)
2 汤匙 砂糖 (26克)
1 粒 鸡蛋
200毫升 水


馅料材料:
200 克 花生碎(搅拌机打碎)
30克 细砂糖
1/2 小碗 玉米酱
少许 牛油/玛琪琳

准备功夫:
1. 把面煳材料溷合,搅拌均匀,盖上休面45分钟
2. 把200克花生洗净,沥干水分,平铺满烤盘上,然后 预热烤箱,170°C上下火,烤大约15-17分钟 (最后3分钟需要观察颜色,闻到很浓的花生香味即可)。
烤好后,放凉,去衣, 放入搅拌机,打碎,备用


做法:
1. 烧热一个不沾平底锅,然后抹一层薄薄的油,转至小火
2. 倒入适量的粉浆,用勺子/铁杯摊开粉浆,小火烘至出现小洞洞
3. 撒上花生碎,砂糖和牛油和玉米酱
4. 加盖再继续烘至饼皮边缘转至金黄色
5. 起盖,把慢煎糕折半,取出,切片

How To Make Manchang Kuih / Peanut Pancake/ Apam Balik

Apam Balik is a popular snack in Malaysia. Apam Balik are easy to make, whether they are thin or thick, they can be made successfully at home! If you want to add more chopped peanuts or corn sauce, you can adjust it as you like.
Mix up the Apam Balik that best suits your taste!

Serving Size: You can make 3-4 Apam Balik (I use 26cm pan)


Ingredients:
150 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast (add a little water and melt)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (26g)
1 egg
200ml water


Filling material:
200g ground peanuts (crushed with a blender)
30g caster sugar
1/2 cream corn (can)
Butter/Margerine

Preparation effort:
1. Mix the batter ingredients, stir evenly, cover and let the batter rest for 45 minutes
2. Wash 200g of peanuts, drain the water, spread them evenly on the baking tray, and then preheat the oven at 170°C and roast for about 15-17 minutes (you need to observe the color in the last 3 minutes, and it smells very strong. Peanut fragrance is fine).
After baking, let cool, remove skin, put in a blender, blend become ground peanut, and set aside



practice:
1. Heat a non-stick pan, then spread a thin layer of oil, and turn to low heat
2. Pour in an appropriate amount of batter, spread the batter with a spoon/iron cup, and bake on low heat until small holes appear
3. Sprinkle with ground peanuts, sugar, butter and cream corn
4. Cover and continue to bake until the edge of the crust turns golden brown
5. Remove the lid, fold the Apam Balik in half, take it out, and enjoyed.
