嗨!大家好!我是傻大姐,来自马来西亚。今天我们来做五香咸煎饼,一款大马很受欢迎的小吃。

其实五香咸煎饼的做法是蛮简单的,要炸出外脆里嫩的咸煎饼,一定要控好温度,不可大火炸,必须中小火,一直要翻面,这样做出来的咸煎饼就会美美哒,外脆里嫩,放到隔天还不会硬!

材料 A:
200克 中筋面粉
1/2茶匙 苏打粉
60克 幼糖
1/2茶匙 即溶酵母 (+ 1汤匙温水化开)
1/2茶匙 盐
1汤匙 食油
110毫升 水


馅料:(拌匀)
1茶匙 五香粉
1/2 茶匙盐
2汤
2茶匙 水

点缀:
白芝麻 适量

Hi! Hello everyone!I am a Shadajie, from Malaysia. Today i will going to make crispy & fluffy Five Spice Doughnuts/Ham Chin Peng, a popular snack in Malaysia.

In fact, the method of crispy & fluffy Five Spice Doughnuts is quite simple. To make a five Spice Doughnuts that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the temperature must be controlled. Do not deep-fry. It must be medium-to-low and always turn over. The Five Spice Doughnuts will be beautiful.It won't be hard on the next day!

Ingredients :
200g all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
60g sugar
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast (+ 1 tablespoon warm water to melt)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
110ml water


Filling: (mix well)
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp water

Embellishment:
White sesame seeds
