Homemade Muah Chee (Mochi) 入口即化的手工麻糍 Today we make Muah Chee , Muah Chee is the Chinese version of ‘mochi’which is a very famous street snack in Malaysia and Singapore. There are not many ingredients and it is very simple to make ! Muah Chee Serves 3-4 pax Ingredients: 200g glutinous rice flour 25g tapioca flour 330ml water 15ml cooking oil *Stir all the ingredients evenly, pour it into a 7-inch steaming pot that has been greased with oil, and steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
